Level 1
This class is an introductory class in which you will learn the fundamentals of the contract/relax technique (sometimes known as PNF)
and how to apply this to the deep muscles of the lower back, hips, neck, shoulders and the spine. Flexibility in these areas will
enhance your ability to move smoothly and freely and help you become or stay pain-free for a lifetime.
This course is also designed to strengthen and create balance in the core of the body. You will learn techniques to strengthen the
deep abdominal muscles, the lower back and the pelvic floor (important for men as well as women).
Benefits include: greater core strength and flexibility through all parts of the body; improved posture; the ability to utilise your
deep abdominal muscles (not generally exercised by the standard sit-up); solid control over the pelvic floor muscles and abdominal
toning. Greater strength and endurance in the lower back muscles
Level 2
This class develops or maintains the fundamental strength and flexibility required in normal day to day life. (The strength/flexibility lacking when people injure themselves or suffer daily aches and pains.) It is appropriate for those people engaged in regular physical activity or those that have completed level 1.
We believe that proficiency in this class will enable you to avoid many of the aches and pains and physical limitations normally associated with ageing
Level 3
This is a class for those dedicated to taking their strength and flexibility to a high level. Using the latest techniques and cutting edge technology, participants will be challenged to dramatically increase core strength, overcome their tight restrictive muscles and build their overall functional strength.
Ideal for athletes or those wanting to optimise biomechanical functionality in all facets of their life.
